Send Trigger Notification to external EMail?!

Hi Folks,
this is my first post in this forum since I’m new to Adalo but there will sure be more in the future.

For now I need to know how the trigger notification action works and where its limits are.

I try to implement a contact form, so users can contact us and tell us their worries and so on.

I took some text input fields to get the users email and message, and then added a button to trigger a certain action. from what I understood so far is that you can only send the trigger notification to a user in your database and filter the email which would be mine, so only I get the user’s message.

But I want to send the message of the contact form to an external email adress (one of our websites domain emails) - is this even possible?
