I’m evaluating Adalo to create a new app, but I’m not sure Adalo provides this feature.
Basically, I want my App to define an extension that iOS could add to the Share menu in Safari, for example.
Use case. Select some text in safari, share it, and save it to the Adalo app.

Great question! It seems as though this is currently not possible though but it would make for a fantastic feature in the future! Please consider adding it to our feature request list here: Feature Requests | Adalo
