Sharing posts from mobile using the web link

Hi!
So I need to share the post from the mobile app, so I can copy this link and after that the user can paste it for example in whatsapp, so the person when is clicking in that link in whatsapp would go for the website with the same post.

The situation is:
Not sure if always the URLS are no friendly urls, and how I can create the relation between that post generated in the database to generate the URL,
