Show when users are logged in

I would like to know how to create an admin page that shows users when they are logged in to the app. Who’s logged in and the count of how many logged in. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Yes I need to know when they are actually using the app. Like a showing when they are online. The list of users but only the ones using the app at that time.
