Showing dates as the title of an entry

I added a concept design of what I’m trying to accomplish.

On my entry screen, I would like the entries to show dates / times if possible. What would be a simple way to achieving this?

I believe I have figured this one out. Playing with it now.

Only thing I don’t see is how to make an option of the “time” it was created to show on the entry.

ha, not quite. lol. I’m able to do a lot, plus I follow trends. Design skills could always use work. lol
