I’ve attempted to Reset SSL Certificates for the domain and even rebuilt the DNS entry to no avail. I’m also noticing a number of other Adalo users are also experiencing this issue. Please let me know if there have been any advancements in resolving. At the moment none of the suggested actions are working.
I also took a look at the “Reset SSL Certificate” button everyone has been talking about. It doesn’t look like the it’s firing correctly. I noticed it when I saw the tooltip double stacked. I didn’t initially didn’t think anything of it until I realized the same DOM element may also be triggering the .JS incorrectly that runs the reset request. Then I noticed a 200 and a 204 firing when it’s clicked. Check the .JS it’s calling and saw that it errors… IN YOUR CODE. So my question now… Does the Reset SSL Certificate button even work?

Yes, I’d set up an official bug earlier today.
Though it’s concerning that there is technically no official documentation on this very consistent SSL issue. Lots of arbitrary commenting by staff in these forums but nothing official. No amendments or warnings on the Publish A Web App page. It’s time for a proper 48-hour warning for this very consistently reoccurring issue. It’s happened and is mentioned 100+ times in the forums with no official response that any staff specifically refers to each time.
Well, internally it’s using Let’s Encrypt, and most of the time the script works just fine. In my experience I had an issue only once or twice, and it was resolved in some time by itself.
What happens inside that black box - who knows. Personally I don’t think there is any possibility to create technical docs for this - for app Makers this should be a “one-click” solution.
Having worked “hands-on” with Let’s Encrypt before I can say that this product is powerful but quite complicated. When something goes wrong (and something may go wrong ) examining the logs is quite a challenge (at least few years ago it wasn’t very intuitive, I can say).

It’s been a couple days since putting in the ticket for this issue. How long does it usually take to add an SSL to a custom domain. It used to be pretty instant. It’s now been days and I have heard any progress on the reset or otherwise. Please advise.
