My SSL certificates refreshing did not take effect… (even after 1 hr)

Always it takes no more than 20 min.

This is due to new changes and limits. Did you clicked the refresh button few times during the week? Would you be able to share the app url in a DM?

Oh okay, then the issue could be either from certain limitations or an issue with this CNAME record itself. For now, I recommend you trying to add another CNAME record just for testing to verify the source of the issue.
