Strip Setup for a Marketplace APP

Hi,
For Stripe Payments to create my Marketplace if I use my account - I assume I will use my Stripe setup and:

1 - This is the B2B that will set their account ID in order to receive payments

2 - This is commission that I will receive and B2B user receives the difference correct?
