Subject: Login failed (Invalid credentials) and Password Reset Error

Hi,

I’m having a double issue with my account (patientmundele17@gmail.com):

  1. ​When I try to log in, it says “Email or password invalid”, even though I believe they are correct.

  2. ​When I try to use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it, I get a red error message: “server login has been failing, cached error: connect failed”.

​I have already cleared my cache and tried Incognito mode, but I still cannot reset my password or log in.

​Could you please check if my account is locked or if there is a sync issue with my credentials?

This was related to the downtime Adalo experienced due to an infrastructure provider outage. Resolved now.
