Hi, I’ve already tried with the coupon, but I couldn’t. Already opened a support ticket, and messaged @james.crennan, he told me they will fix the issue.

To be honest it’s a bit sad, because I’ve already opened a ticket 3 days ago, and nothing happened ,no resolution… @james.crennan

still no concrete response

I’ve found a workaround: I downgraded to free 1st, then upgraded to business.
