I need to create one test app. I created questions collection and test collection. Relation many to many. But i cant add more than 50 questions in one test. See this picture (prova=test and questões=question). What should i do?

Not. Its not about it. I have pro plan. But i cant add more than 50 records in relationship collection.
Meanwhile. Upload a csv with your questions. Or make a simple form to enter them from preview.

I think you should have access to add more than 50. ( I have a little memory about that ) Are you sure that there are 50 records on the questions collection and have added all the records? Maybe some screenshots or videos?
