Not able to add more than 2 Records in a collection

I just face a weird issue, in which I’m not able to add more than 2 records in a collection. Please have a look.
I would appreciate, if the community can help me with this.

Could you give more info? Not a lot of context here.

A video or more screenshots would be great. If you’re stuck you could try following a simple tutorial like this make an Instagram clone and see if there is something simple that maybe you’ve overlooked:

I exhausted the storage, hence it was not able to accept more data.
