I’m trying to run my first test flight, and for some reason i keep getting the same error " able to verify your App Store Connect Credentials."
I’ve checked all the following which are correct:
- Apple ID Email
- Apple ID login password
- App Specific Password
- Bundle ID for iOS
I’ve explored the support forums, reddit, youtube and even filed support tickets and there doesn’t seem to be any resolution.
In fact I even went as to:
- Restart my computer
- Cleared my cache and cookies
- Create a whole new app specific key after removing the original one
- Verified all login details were accurate
And yet it keeps saying something is incorrect to validate credentials. Would appreciate any help. The support ticket from Adalo says it’s an Apple issue, which doesn’t make sense since everything checks out on their end.
