TestFlight Say App Doesn’t Exist but I see it on website and invite was sent

I sent an invite to myself to TestFlight my new app. I clicked the email invite, accepted, was directed to TestFlight app, but when I go to install the MY app within testflight, it tells me the app can’t be found or doesn’t exist. Can someone help me? I’m so frustrated.

Hi @Kelceymarie,

I had this same issue, make sure the email your inviting is the same email as your Apple ID on your iPhone. This was not the case before but I think Apple may have changed the way invites work and this is what they had advised me to do and it started working again.
