Hi I currently have the professional package for adalo. the app I created is web based and also mobile based. I know notifications only work on mobile app. But no push notifications have been sent to my app users.
they are logged in, they have the settings on for notification but none have received push notifications (set up as trigger notifications in adalo)
is this feature limited to certain packages only??

Push Notifications are available for the plans starting from “Professional” (see here: Plans & Pricing | Adalo, scroll down to feature details).
If you’re subscribed to this plan, then either you haven’t configured the notifications properly, or there is some bug which needs to be resolved by Adalo.
Just in case, Web notifications are also available now: Notifications | Adalo Resources.
