Trying to Add IAP Subscription

I am trying to add IAP Subscription with Apple but apparently the IAP Digital purchase won’t work for subscriptions.

Is there a way to do IAP Subscriptions currently? I read elsewhere to submit a support ticket to ask for the beta version of the component but I cannot find how to submit a support ticket.
