I appreciate any cents added! 
And basically the main function of the app is the deck swipe component. At the end of the deck each user is shows they have completed the deck. Once a new user is created it needs to turn to false for everyone so they can go through the deck again. I am open to other Solutions. Keep in mind the client would not want a costly solution.
