Is anyone experiencing issues with their app on their mobile device?
I noticed my app wasn’t progressing past the Intermediate (home) screen two days ago, but I assumed it was something to do with my personal device as I was traveling. Users just reported app crashes when trying to complete purchases, so I know it’s a wider issue.
Anyone seen this? This is honestly terrible timing as I’ve been working to launch an update.
Was it throwing out a message like, ‘Internal Server Error’ or no message?
Just only when trying to complete a purchase or in other places in the app too? Is it a Stripe component? Would you be able to DM me the app ID and also have you submitted a support ticket?
Just thought to check-in, were you able to solve this issue with the help of CH team? (It seems to be related with the issue Shantanu had due to location issues)
