Wanted to know if there’s a way to verify if a piece of information in one database matches in another database. For example, I have an email in one database and I want to check if that email is in another database within Adalo.

Hi Kat, yes this is possible!
Depending on your own situation there may be different ways to do this. The way that filters and conditional rules work will achieve what you are after.
For example you could match that the “current user’s > email is equal to collection 2’s property”
