What changes require a new version in Google App

Hi, what changes to my app require an version update in Google?

Add a page, change actions, redesign a page, change pictures, etc.?

My app offers training audios and videos, I’m assuming I can add/delete content without a version update but not sure what else I can do before I need to launch a new version.

And, does my app need to be approved every time a new version is created…even during the initial testing period?

Hello, the changes that need new version for updating in Google Play are any changes that are not related to the database records. Once you submit your new version, it needs to be reviewed by Google Play to get accepted.

Just to be clear…if I make a change to a page, or add a page, I need a new version, correct? but adding content (audios, videos) into the database does not require a new version and will automatically show up on the app?
