What is the Go-To template for a Community app?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to Adalo so apologies if this question has been asked.

I work within Mental Health and I am aiming to build an app as a community for sufferers of mental health. Within the app, I would like different groups that people can join and chat within these groups.

Can anyone recommend a template that covers these areas?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
