What should I do to make my UI so, the designer did

Hello there,

A designer made UI of my app in Figma. Adalo has no effects for components done in Figma (shadows, gradient etc.)
What can I do to make UI of the app in Adalo the same as in Figma? Should I use solutions which can de integrated with Adalo?
May Adalo allow to use CSS for elements?
