Apparently, there is a choice between downloading the app and streaming the app. This must be specified in the app, in the code when the app is developed.
Can I specify this in Adalo?

Download, with data being called from a Adalo database (streamed? not quite, but maybe that is what you mean)
Actually, I just got clarification on this.
I meant, can the user download the video from the downloaded app? The access code gives them access to a video lesson. Can they download the video vs stream the video.
