I have checked everthing 10 times already and I dont no whats happening. I was nearly finished with my idea and i started deleting stuff to find out were the issue could be and at the end I f…t it up!! this all started yesterday and then the ADALO platform started acting with no reason with my aplication idea and it looks like as if someone has blocked it. I can work in it but it dosent show what I am doing in the preview and not even in my view directly to my iphone. I REALY NEED HELP BECAUSE I HAVE A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER THAT COOULD NEED MY IDEA< Hope someone can help me. Best regards

I was building calmly, and at some point, currently, every time I test for the preview, it asks me to log in, and I do so. I have already changed the passwords directly in the database more than 50 times, but neither on my mobile nor in the browser does it let me log in. It always tells me to correct the login details such as username and password. Everything was going great until yesterday, and I am desperate because I have to present my idea to the company on Monday, and I don’t know what to do. I have already changed everything and started over with everything. Additionally, I’m facing the problem of reaching my limit of actions, and it doesn’t seem right to me because this shouldn’t be happening. Then, I came across a suggestion that to expand clicks, I can purchase something that, in my opinion, shouldn’t be necessary while I’m still building. Am I mistaken? Attached is an image showing just the login, where you can see what I’m describing.

Are you on a free plan?
I had a similar issue. What browser are you using?
When I was using Firefox with the editor, whenever I opened the USER database and clicked on an individual user, the browser would reset the password.
I switched to Chrome when editing and it solved the problem. Give a different browser a try and see how you get on

Hello again, everyone. I still can’t see the previews. I’ve reached the point where I’ve deleted the app and started a new one, but I can’t log in with my password for the preview, and I also don’t know where to delete old emails or users. I’ve cleared everything from the database, started a new app, and the issue persists. I wanted, after a lot of work despite not being an expert, to present my idea to my bosses this morning, and unfortunately, I can’t because ADALO somehow has me blocked despite having paid for a STARTER package, and ADALO is not helping me. I had worked on a project for almost two weeks, and now I have nothing. I had hoped to make a good impression for my concept, and everything has gone down the drain, all because I feel like they want me to pay for someone to help me. How sad. I hope that if someone reads this post, they can help me. Attached is a screenshot of what the message says when I install a new Login canvas. Always the same. Good morning or good night to everyone.
