White Screen Issue When Opening an Adalo App

Hey, I’m having an issue with an app built on Adalo (for example, a task management app). Every time I open the app, it gets stuck on a white screen and won’t load the main interface.

Things that I have, I’ve tried so far:

  1. Clearing the app’s cache and data
  2. Reinstalling the app
  3. Checking my internet connection
  4. Testing the app on another device

The issue happens right after the splash screen, and there are no error messages. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you know how to fix it?

HI…I am also having the white screen of death on one screen that has worked well for over a year. Can you share what you did to correct this? Thanks

I am just wondering why there is a link to some 3rd party resource in the original message, and this resource has absolutely no relation to the app and Adalo.

@eduscvs usually it means that some component on this screen has crashed. You can see more details in browser’s console logs.

Thanks for the pointer. Yes, I found the browser console log & will look at this when the previewer crashes. Now my issue is the previewer runs fine, iOS runs fine but the Android build crashes. Is my only option to submit a ticket?
