Hi, I have the same problem than @bwmarcos
After logging in, the only option is to create an application. Upon tapping the create button, this error message appears and there’s no apparent option to correct the situation.
Can you help me please ?

This may be a bug from adalo, just message them using “I found a bug” and then tell them about that! They can help more than me!
