Help with this account problems Error: You are not part of any teams

Context: Me and my teammate’s were developing an app with my personal (free) account, when we thought the app was ready we created a new gmail and purchased a profesional adalo account with the new email.
Whit my personal free account we shared the app to the new proffesional account and we use the new profesional features.
The problem is that, the new features are not longer available (we don’t know why) but the payment is okay.

Now I have deleted the app and I have tried to create a new one with the profesional account. This is where I see the Error Message.

Hi Ali! We solved the problem by emailing Adalo directly. They responded quickly and accurately.
