Zapier - App returns an Internal Server Error

Hello, I have multiple zaps set up, but I have an issue with one of them, which returns an internal server error when attempting to establish a connection with Adalo.

It’s a simple zap to check for new email entries in the Users Collections and if new entry found, send an email with some details.

Zapier support did checks on their end and they are saying the error is not from their side.

Here is what they said in the email:

"It seems that the issue was from Adalo integration, I would suggest that you contact their support for further help, you may also check about their support through this link: Adalo + Zapier

Just a quick note from Adalo, users can only build a Zap for an Adalo application that they own. Building a Zap for an Adalo app owned by another user would fail authentication as a security measure. See below;

“Please make sure that you are using the Zapier account of the owner (admin) of the Adalo application. This is a security feature and Zapier <> Adalo would authenticate this connection, failing which your Zap would not work.”"

Does anyone has any suggestions on what to try to fix it or does this look like a bug?

@Vladyslav,

So this error appears when you try to create a connection through Zapier with Adalo? With my experience this happens when the Adalo account email and Zapier account email doesn’t match. So Adalo account email and Zapier account email should be same.

@dilon_perera yeah they are exactly the same. I have 3 other actions with Adalo and they are working fine… The only difference is that those actions are working with created Collections, but the one I need is a user collection which is there by default. Maybe it’s a restriction from Adalo?

I’ll try deleting it and setting up again or just use another DB to look up data.
