I am going to put my application in the play store, however I have several questions

  1. When I download the application, what do I do with my database that is in Excel in the adalo cloud?

  2. according to adalo docs it gives the possibility of using firebase, every time I need to make changes to my adalo app should I always download the apk and make another connection with firebase and thus deploy it in the play store?

I would like you to give me some tips or other simpler ways to do, when downloading the apk, publishing or updating in playstore and another connection to the database?

Hello, when you’d like to make changes related to screens, database properties, custom actions… you can submit a new build (version) to the (Play store / App store), so the users can use the latest version of your app. Concerning the database records you can (Add, update or delete) them without submitting a new version.
