Adalo database is down?

This incident is now resolved. All app data previous to the outage should be available. Thank you for your patience!

Thanks Josh, unfortunately this was a bad outage, direct hit to my newly launched business, hopefully it will not happen again

It’s marked “incident resolved” but i cannot edit the records of my app? anyone else has the same issue

It’s working fine for me

So Adalo has not built in any resilience in to the architecture? No BD server clustering? no active/Passive Nodes?

This doesn’t seem like a platform that is not designed to support commercial purposes, does it? How does Adalo realistically expect customers to stay when this sort of things happen more than once?

My data still isn’t back. Similar to @Cherif224 - any help @adalojosh ?

Seems to me that there is a major outage more or less around the turn of every month. Flicking back through the status.adalo history and searching the forum backs this up.

Is it AWS forcing updates that causes the issue?

@adalojosh can you explain a bit what is happening and make us feel easier about the availability of our apps come end of Jan into Feb. If it is a planned update and we have advance notice then this is at least heading towards acceptable.

Thanks

Hi @Cherif224 and @gambo123,

Are you guys experience this issue still? Do you guys tried reloading your browser? ( Maybe check after clearing the browser cache )

If you guys still experience this issue I suggest to Submit a Support Ticket

Thank you

Hey @dilon_perera one of my Collections still not loading up. It’s one I created during the outage so that may be the issue. Will try creating the collection again, if that doesn’t work will consider submitting a ticket.
