Hi, I’ve been having some problems for a few days with a database. From one day to the next, some records no longer appear and are deleted by themselves.
Does anyone have this problem? I need to solve it because it is causing us many problems with sales.
Just submitted a ticket for this. Weird deletion of records has been sporadic for the past couple months. But happening on single records and bulk deletion it seems. Jessi and team are looking into it. Thought it was a rogue action on the app or api side but don’t think so now.
You should definitely send them a note so they know is happening across users.
