I just tried logging in into our app and it is taking forever to load, so I tried checking the backend but unfortunately all showing zero (0) records.
Our app users are now panicking why the app is not running.

Yes. It is happening with several apps. The Adalo team is on it.
Is this something that usually happens? And can they get our database records back? i am just worried.

I have been with Adalo for 4 years and yes sometimes things like this have happened. But is very uncommon. I think it has affected me 2 or three times for a day in these years. I have never experienced data loss, so I am hoping it is not the case. Yes it worries me too but I guess we have to be patient and hope they resolve it today.

Thank you for giving time in responding with my post and yes it has been resolved. Thank God! However by chance would you know how to create a push button notification? just like when someone sends us a message via FB a notification would pop-up on the very top of our Mobile phone screen. From time to time I wanted to send notifications with all my app user. Thanks much
