I was just using my app normally, and suddenly all my records from my collections were gone, out of nothing. This is just absurd. I’ve already opened a ticket to reach Adalo on this issue, but wanna know if any of you has faced something like that recently.

I was just thinking I was hacked or something… Adalo must solve it very soon.
What troubles me is that I have several apps and I am just having this in one of them . The most important one on which I relay my whole business I must say. Argh. Patience I guess, please let us know if Adalo reaches out to your tickets.
I’m having the same problems in some applications, one is normal and others have all tables reset!! They have to resolve this soon!

So I think you have the other apps not sharing the same database with this one which is working well, right?
They just updated the status in status.adalo.com so they are aware of it which is a good first sign.

t seems to me that the application that shares the same data with other applications is the one that has problems with zeroed tables, the other applications that don’t share are correct.
please how did you submit the ticket , I cant find anything meaningful about how to contact adalo support on their site
Once you are logged in, you can click the thumbnail “Question Mark” on your bottom-right, click that and send a ticket. It looks like a chatbox, but more for sending a ticket request.
This is resolved and your data should be restored. https://status.adalo.com is indeed the best source in case of service interruptions. Thank you for your patience and to @dilon_perera!
