Adalo keep losing my data

I put in about 8 hours of work yesterday and most of that was lost. I would like to know why things like this keep happening. I put in help tickets and do not hear back for days to weeks. I am pretty frustrated. I would love to talk to a person about the issue. Please advise.

Please submit a support ticket with as much detail as possible so that we can look into it.

It’s likely that you have multiple people working in your app or you have multiple tabs open and that’s what’s causing these issues.
