Hi All,

Hope everyone is safe amidst these gloomy times.

Below is the data from Google Play Store.

I have no clue on how to troubleshoot and fix this. I am losing users because of this.

Any help to resolve this is really appreciated.

I would submit a support ticket for this as there is really nothing you do about it.
