Hello. Does anyone here use Custom Action sending data to Zoho CRM?
It always returns a “MANDATORY_NOT_FOUND error when trying to insert data”.
While it seems like a straightforwards sync, there are definitely some hoops to jump through.
If anyone’s cracked this integration or has tips on making it smooth, I’m all ears! Let’s share the knowledge and make our setups even more awesome.
I used a customer action with a webhook to send data directly into my CRM. Just made sure to match the fields and headers exactly like they expect on their API docs.
