Is it only me having this problem? all my records have zero out
Same here
same here, any update from Adalo?
same here, any update?
I have been using Adalo for 2 years and this event happens regularly.
It is usually at this time that this problem occurs.
I guess it’s ok because it’s when most of the users in the US are asleep.
I am in Japan, where it is daytime, so this problem brings complaints from users every time and negative reviews in the store reviews.
It is very disappointing to think that this problem will continue to occur and that I will receive a negative rating each time.
They’re restarting database server
How often does this happen?
I think it is approximately once every 3-4 months.
I had a similar problem about 4 weeks ago.
I see this kind of problem happening frequently with Adalo.
I feel that it is difficult to expect a future without problems because this problem has been happening regularly for the past two years.
How often will this happen?
I really like Adalo for its simplicity, but this fact is really frustrating me. And seems like it takes long time before server starts working again. There should be someway how to overcome this.
Including the small ones, it has happened more than 10 times in the last 3 months.
However, I think this is the first instance in a long time where a problem has been occurring for a long period of time like this one.
This is late at night in the U.S., but I am not sure if the Adalo team is responding to the problem when it occurs during this time.
As I understand this is only the issue for those who has data in Adalo, those using external database do not face such issue. So maybe should consider moving to external data then.
Did you considere to move your data externally?
Is there a way to move the database to another website?
Anyone have an explanation on YouTube?
@Khagan
I have never considered it.
Is there a way to move all data externally?
It is possible through API, to platforms like Airtable and other.
But not sure if in that case the issue do not impact you, thats my guess.
