I have been updating my databases and everything, everything disappeared in the “collections.”
Please help; I can’t believe it can disappear.

If you haven’t, you can submit ticket here,
Try logout and login again in few minutes.
Also, it is good practice to clone our own app with data, just in case we need to bring the app immediately for certain users.
