Android - Signing key for APK (keystore)

Hi,

I built an app with Adalo then upload it to my google play account for an internal test.
Now I try to upload an other version of my app but without ADALO, but now Google reject it because I didn’t sign it with the same key as the first release (the first build).

Can you help to understand with which key Adalo is signing package ?
Then once I found my key how can I add it to a Keystore ??
