Avoid user creating account with same phone number or email

Hello people,

I’m using forms to create a sign up for users for a future paid service. However, I don’t seem to find a way to avoid duplicate phone numbers.
By default, whenever I register the same e-mail it would pop a message saying ‘this email already exist’. How can I do the same with phone numbers?
I want to be able to restrict user from creating new accounts with same phone number.

I guess that only email field is checked automatically for that.
