Background Images Look Pixelated in Adalo, any fix?

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue where all my background images look pixelated in Adalo, even when I upload high-resolution PNGs (750×1334, 1500×2668, etc.). I’ve tried different sizes, formats, and display settings (“Fit”, no stretch), but the result is always blurry.

Does Adalo compress background images automatically?
Is there a recommended resolution or method to keep them sharp?

Are you talking about the screen background image settings

or an image component which is added & stretched in the screen?

Sorry for the late reply, i’m talking about the background image in the screen settings like you are showing me in the screenshot.

The picture is perfect when i open it on my computer, but terrible when i upload it as a background image on Adalo, like it’s too compressed

Thanks for the update!

Images gets auto compressed with the new changes (Announcing Improved Image Compression) but I’m not sure if that does when uploading a background image. (I think it should be but haven’t checked)
