Barcode scanner not working

Hi there,

I’m creating an app that uses a barcode scanner to pull the UPC number for a product and pulls the corresponding product out of a database based on the matching number.

I used the QR Scanner app from the marketplace as I saw others recommended this for scanning barcodes, but it’s not working to pull the UPC codes out. Any ideas of any other solutions or how to troubleshoot this scanner?

Scanner only works in final build not in PWA, FYI.

Hello, the QR code scanner component is basically scanning QR codes, not other types of codes. So you can use this scanner to scan only the QR codes.

Thank you both: I’ve been testing it in the published mobile version of my app.

I’ve seen other apps made with Adalo that do barcode scanning–is that just not possible anymore?
