Best way to refresh Current Time (Time) info

Hello.

As you may know, if a user open a screen that shows Current Time (Time) and keeps the screen open, the time remains as in the moment of opening and it is not updated by default.
And I am using a countdown to refresh the screen and make the update.

What would be the best time to used in your opinion? 60 seconds? More?
Do you know a better best way to keep the time up to date?

Try using list with auto refresh on, inside it you can put current time.

It may not be suitable in all use cases, as it will consume more data traffic.
