I still can´t get photo on android 10. A permission error show up to the user. I have opened a ticket (444442791), closed for now, but the same issue persists. Searching in this forum, i see this bug have almost 1 year.
Please, we need a solution.

They deployed a fix last week but realized there was still an issue, so they went back again. Hopefully this week…
