Cannot downgrade plan

I cannot downgrade plan from Pro to free. Same issue as mentioned in I cannot find an option to change my plan

I think you emailed support to the “no-reply” email so that’s why no one answered.

You have already downgraded to the free plan. Could you take a screenshot of your account page so I can verify that you are on the free plan?
