Cannot log into my PWA

I cannot log in to any accounts in my app. Is anyone else having this issue??

Yes, I’m having the same issue. I haven’t been able to log in to any of the apps for about 15 minutes now.

There is an issue currently with the database service while moving the database-red.adalo.com domain to the new infrastructure. Issue is with SSL certificate creation on our provider’s side and they’re looking into it now! (this is what an Senior Engineer mentioned)

I open my app. But it’s empty. As if there are no more collections with entered data. Even though my collections are correctly entered in my database.

There is an issue…some of us cannot log into our PWA accounts. Just don’t do anything with the builder now in an attempt to rectify.

I’m also having trouble with the same problem.

Can you elaborate on the transition to the new infrastructure you described?

“One of the last domains, database-red.adalo.com, was still connected to the old infrastructure, so we switched it to the new infrastructure. During the switch, there was an issue with creating a new SSL certificate on provider’s side. Because of that, custom actions in maker apps were rejected.” (From a Senior Engineer, Andrii)
