Can't Add Item to Collection

This is a very weird thing that has never happened to me. I can’t Items to a Collection. I have plenty of collection in my database, just created a new one and can’t add items. I was configuring my app to add items and the Create button was not doing anything. Then I tried to add it in the editor itself but it doesn’t let me save a new Item.

Have you guys encountered this before?

UPDATE: It read e-mail already exists if I try to add directly to the database

There has been a bug in the past that was very similar to this. I even experienced it once myself but I have never been able to reproduce it again.

Is this still happening for one of your apps?

Sorry, no, I deleted the conflicting property and added it again.
