Cant connect my custom domain

I finished my web application, but when I try to connect my own domain Adalo tells me the following: “Your custom domain could not be verified. Please check your settings and try again”.
I’ve followed Adalo Instruction. I’ve tried a lot of things that I found in the Forum and none of them worked. Please, help me!

On the screenshot above you’ve created the record for the address “themoneybag.themoneybag.com.br”. It points to Adalo server:

Non-authoritative answer:
themoneybag.themoneybag.com.br canonical name = hosting.adalo.com.

Name: hosting.adalo.com
Address: 54.224.90.229

If you’d like to create a CNAME record for the “root” domain, and this record should point to hosting.adalo.com, you need to check this with your hosting provider. Usually CNAME records are not allowed for root domains, but I am not sure if this is the case for .com.br. zone.

As an alternative, you can create a record like “app.themoneybag.com.br”, and point it to Adalo servers. You can do it in the same way you’ve added your first record - just put “app” instead of “themoneybag”.
