Change background color using Javascript in Horizonatal Chip List

Hi to all,
I’d like to have in Adalo the Horizontal Custom Chip List, but for now we can’t custom this item.
Anyway I found the Tool from Pragmaflow the tool “Arbitrary Javascript” but I don’t know how to write the right code.
In my app I use the chip list like a filter

I’d like to change the background color of selected item.
Can anyone help me?

But I think is very interesting to know how use Java script in some situation.
