Hi Guys, I am new to this and wondered if what I am trying to achieve is possible? I cloned a user-task app kindly posted in the forum and have adapted it.
I have 3 custom lists on one screen.
Screen = General Maintenance Tasks
1st list is a list of Initial Tasks
2nd list is a list of Tasks
3rd list is a list of Not Applicable Tasks
The logged in user can select an icon on a Intial task list item as completed and its visibility becomes hidden and then the item appears on the Tasks list. Conversley, when the item is selected in the Tasks list it is reverted back to the Initial Task list. This works perfectly and suits my needs.
However, what I am trying to achieve is when a logged in user selects a second icon (a not applicable option - not yet added) on the same Initial Task list item, I would like the item’s visibility to be hidden and the item appear on the Not Applicable Tasks list.
I’ve tried various filters etc, but can’t work it out.
